Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused and in a saleable condition. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@longdownvineyard.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: Longdown Vineyard, Watley Lane, Twyford, Winchester, Hampshire, SO21 1QX and you will be liable for the original and any postage/carrier costs incurred as a result of retuning item to Longdown Vineyard.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept the return of items that have been opened or used. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the price (excluding delivery costs) to your original payment method within 10 business days. We may reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the item if this has been caused by your handling prior to the item being returned to us. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
