This beautiful pale sunset pink wine has us dreaming of summer days. We’re instantly transported to an English summer meadow by the nose, with delicate floral aromas in abundance alongside ripe strawberries and redcurrants. The palate continues the summer fruits theme, with a dash of cream on the mid-palate giving weight. The finish brings out a dash of raspberry acidity to cleanse the palate and keep you diving back in for more.

Produced in the traditional method the wine was initially fermented in stainless steel, with full malolactic fermentation carried out to add a creamy texture to the finished wine. The wine aged in bottle, on its lees for three years before disgorging in January 2026 and finished with a dosage of 5 g/L, resulting in this elegant, refined style.
